Welcome to Operation Knightfall, operated by Team Roadside ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, Garry's Mod servers, or related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if found to be created by minors, ineligible users, or in violation of these Terms.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update your account details as necessary. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules is prohibited.
3. Gameplay and Virtual Items
Operation Knightfall provides Garry's Mod servers for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you do not own any in-game items, currency, or virtual assets, regardless of time spent or payment made.
Any in-game items or currency are provided at our discretion and may be revoked or modified at any time without notice.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Exploit bugs, cheats, or hacks
- Use offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language
- Impersonate staff or other players
- Engage in disruptive behavior or griefing
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of accounts or access to the Service.
5. Payments and Donations
Any payments, donations, or subscriptions made through the Service are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Payment processors may collect data in accordance with their privacy policies. We are not responsible for disputes or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, mods, code, logos, and trademarks associated with Operation Knightfall are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the Service.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including in-game assets, data loss, or account suspension.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
